SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship outside of Canada, this is due to tariffs and duties.

We ship 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Letter Mail IS NOT tracked. Choosing that option means you understand that once the package leaves our hands we have no control with what happens during transit. We DO NOT refund orders.

We ship with Canada Post unless there is a postal strike.

Shipping times vary from 2 days to 14 days depending on where you live in Canada
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information is updated when its scanned and updated. We have no control over that once the package has been dropped off.

You can track your package on the Canada post website with the tracking number we send you.

Letter Mail option IS NOT tracked.
EASY REPAIRS
ALL beaded items have a life time guarantee. Should it become damaged, contact us. We will require a photo (or photos) of the item. Try to keep all beads as we may or may not have matching beads. If we can not repair it, we will be upfront.

CUSTOM BEADED ORDERS
Custom Orders: Currently Closed
We do accept custom orders but will from time to time have to close that option to make sure we aren't taking on more projects than we can handle. Please feel free to contact us by email, please allow 24 to 48hrs to reply.
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. This is so that we can order supplies should we need them.
We post updates to our social media.
Once completed we will send you images of the item(s).
Final payment must be paid before we send out the item.
Payment is due within 7 days.
REFUNDS
We do not refund anything we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase contact us and we will try to work with you if we can.
BATH AND BEAUTY
We do not accept ANY returns of bath and beauty products due to the personal nature of the items.
Please follow instructions, especially bath products. Failure to do so may result in damages that we, Robin's Roots, are not liable for. By ordering you are agreeing to these terms.
ALLERGIES: We list all ingredients but allergies can still happen. Should you have an allergic reaction, stop using the product. Seek medical help if needed.
